SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICIES

US STANDARD SHIPPING **Packages are generally shipped via USPS and/or UPS**

Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders above $75 is FREE
Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders under $75 costs $5

**Some items or products are subject to higher shipping costs**

SAME-DAY DELIVERY FOR NYC

We offer Local Same-Day Delivery Monday-Friday in the Brooklyn/Manhattan/Partial Queens area. Refer to map below

  • To check if your address qualifies, at check-out choose the Ship option, enter shipping address, and under shipping method will be Flot Same-Day Delivery
  • Orders must be placed before 12:30PM for same day deliver. Orders placed after 12:30 will be delivered next business day.
  • Delivery window is between 2PM-9PM.

        RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES:

        • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
        • Runnin' Wild accepts returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
        • Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.
        • Any returned merchandise must be unworn and unopened. 
        • All items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Returns on these items will not be accepted.
        • Please do not place return label directly on shoe box.
        • Merchandise bought online may be exchanged in-store.
        • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment

         RETURNS POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

        • Unopened and unused merchandise may be exchanged or store credited within 14 days of purchase. No refunds, only exchange or store credit.
        • All items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit on these items will not be accepted.
        • Merchandise brought back must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice in either printed or email form.

            2.All original packaging must be included. This includes the original shoe box. Any return not returned in the original box may be subject to a restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with your shipment for easier processing.

            3. We recommend UPS as the preferred carrier
