SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

US STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders above $75 is FREE
Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders under $75 costs $5

**Some items or products are subject to higher shipping costs**

**Packages are generally shipped via USPS and/or UPS**

        RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES:

        • We do not offer free return shipping on returns or exchanges.
        • Any merchandise returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of Runnin Wild Kids management.
        • Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.
        • Any returned merchandise must be unworn and unopened. Any merchandise returned to Runnin' Wild Kids in any other condition except new may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
        • All items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Returns on these items will not be accepted.
        • Any returned merchandise must be returned in its original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Do not send the shoebox as the shipping box. Package the shoebox in a shipping box or other shipping packaging as a bubble envelope. Any merchandise returned to Runnin' Wild Kids with a missing or damaged shoebox or with a shoebox used as a shipping box will be subject to a mandatory 40% restocking fee.
        • Merchandise bought online may be exchanged in-store.
        • All returned items are the responsibility of the sender. Keep your tracking number and proof of postage
        • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment

         RETURNS POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

        • Unopened and unused merchandise may be exchanged or store credited within 14 days of purchase. No refunds, only exchange or store credit.
        • All items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. Store credit on these items will not be accepted.
        • Merchandise brought back must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice in either printed or email form.

            2.All original packaging must be included. This includes the original shoe box. Any return not returned in the original box may be subject to a restocking fee. Please include the original packing slip with your shipment
